About the Event
Now in its 8th year, the Birth and Baby Fest has come to be known as Tucson's go-to event for all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and babies, with hundreds of interested and attentive people and families in attendance every year.
Dozens of local vendors and professionals (that's you!) will be available to offer support, answer questions, and showcase their products and services. Local experts will hold activities and presentations on topics of interest to pregnant people and families. This is a family- and baby-friendly event with activities and entertainment for very young children throughout the day, food trucks, snacks, and raffle prizes and giveaways.
Tucson's Birth and Baby Fest is free and open to all but is especially geared toward new and expectant families or those considering starting one.
This year's Birth and Baby Fest will be held on November 2, 2024, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Tucson Waldorf School (3605 E. River Rd, Tucson, AZ 85718).
Who can be a vendor at the Birth and Baby Fest?
This event was created to specifically cater to pregnant and parenting people. It was created with the goal of being approachable, relevant, and supportive. That being said, all vendors and presenters must adhere to CIMS’ Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative and WHO’s International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes.
The organizer reserves the right to not enter into a vendor or presenter agreement with businesses or agencies that do not meet these standards or are not relevant to the overall theme and goals of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will be a vendor at the event.
Out of respect for the vendors who did register, persons, businesses, or agencies will not be allowed to distribute materials or advertise at the event with the goal of gaining customers without registering as a vendor. Those doing so will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave the event entirely.
Splitting booths among multiple businesses or agencies will not be permitted.
