If you have a class you'd like to teach, information you'd like to share, an activity you'd like to lead, or a product or service you'd like to demonstrate at this year's Birth and Baby Fest, please complete the application below to be considered. This can be a great opportunity to help connect with community members and showcase what you have to offer.

Who can be a presenter at the Birth and Baby Fest?

This event was created to specifically cater to pregnant and parenting people. It was created with the goal of being approachable, relevant, and supportive. That being said, all vendors and presenters must adhere to CIMS’ Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative and WHO’s International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk SubstitutesThe organizer reserves the right to not enter into a vendor or presenter agreement with businesses or agencies that do not meet these standards or are not relevant to the overall theme and goals of the event. 


Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will be approved to present of conduct an activity at the Birth and Baby Fest. All applications must be submitted by September 15, 2023 in order to be considered. You will be notified prior to October 1, 2023 if you have approval to conduct your presentation or activity at this year's event.

Presenter Expectations

Presentations must be relevant to pregnant people and/or families with a baby or small child. Interactive activities can be applicable to either adults or small children (pre-school-aged or below).


Presentations can be either 45-minutes or 20-minutes in length. Please indicate the amount of time you would like to use below. We will then work together to schedule a time for your presentation or activity during the event

Most presentations and activities will be conducted outdoors in shaded or covered areas, separate from the vendor tables or booths. If you feel like you have a specific need to be indoors, this possibility can be discussed. Chairs for the presenter and participants and one table will be provided. A projector and screen for Powerpoint presentations can be supplied if needed.
