The days, weeks, and months after welcoming a new baby are truly unlike any other period in life. This transitional time could be described as vulnerable, special, difficult, intimate, emotional, and transformative. But our society often fails to recognize how impactful postpartum can be and families are often lacking the tools and resources they need to thrive during this time.

Join five postpartum experts for a moderated panel discussion on how you can set yourself up for success and work toward a holistically healing postpartum time. We’ll discuss tips, tricks, and resources from both ancient wisdom and modern science on how you can come out the other side of your postpartum period empowered and strong.

There will be time to get your specific questions answered from the panel, so bring them along!

Featuring Sacred Body, Sol Doula Service, Sunstone Physical Therapy, Thrive Life Center, and Tucson Counseling Associates.

Held indoors.

We can't wait to see you!
