Join Kelsey Haight, an experienced doula and Certified Body Ready Method® Pro, for a hands-on class to prepare your mind and body for birth with confidence. She'll walk you through alignment tips for comfort in pregnancy, then show you the levels of the pelvis and baby's station and how to use movement to create space so baby can find their way through. Bring your partner or support team, because this class is all about practice. Come ready to move, and leave feeling prepared, supported, and ready for labor!
