About the Event
You matter. Your mental health matter. Mood changes during and after pregnancy can be common, affect many new mothers, and can have a profound impact in their family systems. Still, current treatments for these conditions can be limited. Using her own personal and professional experiences, Kate will discuss the common symptoms of perinatal mood disorders and explore possible tools and resources to help support individuals should they experience them.
Kate Kincaid, LPC, CMHC is a licensed therapist based in Tucson, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT.
