Postpartum Support International Arizona leaders will discuss how to know the difference between normal emotional changes in pregnancy and postpartum and what might be considred a mood disorder. Plus, attendees will be connected with various resources to know where to turn for help for themselves or loved ones. Held indoors; masks are recommended but not required.
